I am having a problem coordinating CMOS and Linux power settings.

Specifically, here is one problem.

I have RedHad 8.0 installed and on purpose for a special purpose application am
running mwm. At the CMOS level I have the screen saver turned off. However when
I run mwm the screen saver blanks the screen. I need to know how Linux is
setting the screen saver. That is which command, application, whatever, do I run
to setting the screen saver off at the OS level.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
