Eugene,

I worked Paul's pp64 and xa_64 changes by hand over LiS 2.18.2 and will
release an LiS 2.18.3 in a day or so. There was problems with the xa_64
changes (they didn't compile) but I cleaned those up too. It does not
circumvent the fact that LiS locks up over 40 of the test suite test
cases on an SMP kernel, but I will release it anyway.

I don't believe that any changes are necessary for streams 0.7a.4, and
it, of course, does not lock up on any test cases.

I also have two bug fixes on strinet that I will release.

I also have a gentoo fix for the configuration script that was reported
earlier that applies to all packages.

I will announce the release here when it is done.
