I have a beta H264 encoder sample app form Allwinner compiled for armhf. I've been playing around with it and it doesn't work right. But the problems don't seem to be with the h.264 encoder working it is with things like threads and buffer management.
Let me know if you are interested in working with this. Once everything works I can put it up on github. I have source for the sample app but not for the encoder library. Right now it has two problems 1) it is losing video buffers so it runs out after a while. Probably a threading issue 2) First frame in the output file is ok, but subsequent frames are black.
