AND Finally!!!!

i could get my eMMC on MELE M3.

(1) the script.bin  had to be modified to enable  sdc_used=1
     for mmc2_para.

(2) uboot env param required to be modified to indicate that rootfs is
    /dev/mmcblk1p2

I thank everyone for helping. Hope it helps someone else
trying to the internal storage of Mele A20.
