I've been using the 3.4 kernel for a while now but have just switched to
sunxi-devel because the 3.4 kept freezing (I partly worked around it by
rebooting via cron once a day, which reduced the occurrence of the
problem, but didn't eliminate it).

So far sunxi-devel seems to be stable (no freezes yet, despite my
efforts), and I also get the impression that its performance is better
(especially more reliable) when using both sata and wifi.

But the sunxi-devel still lacks many features of the 3.4 kernel. In my
case, the main missing feature is the audio driver.

I'm worried about the 3.4 drivers bit-rotting, since I don't see many
efforts to move them to a more recent kernel.
Is anyone working on porting the audio driver to sunxi-devel?
