Original poster of GMAC patches here. I only converted Cubieboard2 and Cubietruck to GMAC, because those are the only boards I have. If you have GMAC compatible hardware, it's better to use it than EMAC. Just do a thorough test, i.e. try ping, DHCP, TFTP, to make sure it works.
