I miss your 2h window opportunity (I read the message about 8 hours later. 
I was trying several times yesterday and today without success Only 2 times 
start downloading at 170KB/s average (peaks up to 250KB/s) , but stop when 
it reach 600M. The other tries were at 16KB/S (means a week to download). 
Looks like the solution is a VPS. 

The nand image looks similar but it has some missing codecs when compare 
with previous versions.

Before try with the VPS I will appreciate if you see some important 
difference or improvement with the first SDK release.
