You can also try to contact Merrii guys, I had some experience with them. Don't try to use available on the market consumer devices as devkits, especially, when using such modern SoCs like A80. IIRC, linux-sunxi support for A80 is sort of limited and implemented only in mainline kernel, 3.4 wont be updated for A80 because of huge differences in new AW BSPs with our legacy 2011-ish code.
