Hi, I obtained the sunxi-3.4 branch from https://github.com/linux-sunxi/linux-sunxi.git Selected pps (pps-gpio, pps-ldisc), compiled it, installed it, all fine. Modules also install find (modprobe pps-gpio etc). [ 0.159155] pps_core: LinuxPPS API ver. 1 registered [ 0.167241] pps_core: Software ver. 5.3.6 - Copyright 2005-2007 Rodolfo Giometti <[email protected]> ...appeared in dmesg. But now what? If I for example export pin pg9 and then open /sys/class/gpio/gpio1_pg9/value, no /dev/pps0 (or any other /dev/pps) appears. For fun and kicks I opened /dev/ttyS0 (cat /dev/ttyS0 > /dev/null &) and no pps device appears either.
So how can I access the pps for the gpio pins and could it be the pps framework in the sunxi-3.4 branch is not functioning at all?
