2 Neal Peacock PengPod1000 Tablets arrived here a while back after ordering at http://pengpod.com
Observations/thoughts a) No instruction manual included for beginners describing the buttons. b) A too brief Peacock Imports LLC Florida instructive information sheet didn't explain the buttons. c) The forums at pengpod.com got removed abandoning PengPod1000 customers instead of posting the content on another link. d) The very tiny SD card didn't work easily... it took many tries and now only works intermittently if the buttons are used just right but how to use the buttons just right still is unclear after too many failing attempts. e) The PowerButton on one of the two PenPod1000 Tablets is difficult to press because it's nearly level with the frame. f) Responses to enquiries by email were problematical. Telephone support, verbal support not available. g) Enthusiasts could've been more supportive if the PengPod Peacock Imports LLC folks could've made themselves more available. h) It's important for the enterprise to continue to appreciate and encourage enthusiasts, customers responding to the Neal Peacock PengPod100 Tablets. It's a way of supporting other related enterprises with new and better ideas. i) Something needs to be available for folks whose PengPod1000 Tablets fail. j) Beginner computer users getting a start with the PengPod1000 got left out... no materials prepared for computer beginners. k) None of the informational materials actually demonstrated unambiguously how to get the SD Card to work if it didn't work rightaway. L) Folks who got the PengPod1000 Tablets could be recognized with a lifetime connection with the enterprise for their loyal enthusiasm. m) Remain an enthusiast, loyal to the idea of the Neal Peacock PengPod1000 Tablets looking forward to the next best idea! -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "linux-sunxi" group.
