I have successfully installed recent sunxi kernel 3.4.103 and Ubuntu
14.04.02 rootfs on MK802+. Encountered very strange wifi (Rtl8192cu)
performance
problem: when run without any external USB devices attached the Wifi
network speed is limited to about ~500 kbps (download speed is about 50-60
kb/s), but when ANY usb device is been attached to MK802+ the network
performance rapidly rises to 20-80 mbps. I tried external USB Ethernet
adapter (even don't actually connected to the network), different USB flash
drives, result is the same with any device. When USB device is removed the
network speed drops to 500 kbps.
Any ideas how to debug the problem, where to look? I checked 'sysctl -a |
grep net' - TCP stack variables remain the same, I assume that the issue is
somehow related with USB driver.
