They did.... The formula is in integer mode 3MHz * M, with M being between 9 to 127, which generates a frequency between 27MHz and 381MHz. In fractional, it can output either 270 or 297MHz, depending on what the bit 14 has been set to. Everything is in the A20 datasheet on github.
