You're _almost_ asking in the wrong place - we don't really do Android
support, but I'll try to help you as much as I can.

If you haven't rooted ("jailbroken" or "modified") the device since
you bought it, it's already stock. Lots of cheap Chinese tablets have
this done by default, which means that NOWtv will never work on this
tablet.

The manufacturer is probably the best place to ask for a ROM image,
which you'll probably need to use Livesuit to install. Instructions
are in our wiki.

Universal ROMs don't exist except for specific sets of devices which
truly are (almost) identical on the inside. Apart from a couple of
tablets which use the same motherboard, almost every Allwinner device
is unique enough that universal ROMs are a long way off.

Hope that helps.

Thanks,
