The oTG bits are not even in this dts, so that's not ever going to work
in that form. You'll have to add the otg bits (found in later patches on
this mailing list for various boards, to get it to work with your board.

since I noticed the fex file for that board and this one are really similar:

However I'm not sure if it's the dts or if it's something in the kernel config
that prevents the OTG from working. Could someone with some experience in dts
files take a look and see if something is missing?
Also, for the OTG support are the general OTG options in the kernel needed
along with the sunxi-OTG options (the sunxi ones don't depend on them in
menuconfig).
