Hello.
I have Mele A100, board(AB-G39-V1.30) exactly the same as on this foto:
http://linux-sunxi.org/images/0/0a/Gpios_mele_m5_hi_res.jpg taken from Mele M5
wiki(http://linux-sunxi.org/Mele_M5), but my is A10 instead of A20.

Someone made a good GPIO sheme(on image above) for this board.
It works, i can ON\OFF PH22 and PH23.

But voltage on this pins is too low.
I have measured only 0.01v with digital multimeter when GPIO is ON.
And 0.00v when GPIO is OFF.

I have a plan to drive SSR relay directly from GPIO, but relay need 3v...

Is there someone, who can explain - why voltage on pins is too low ?

P.S.
Also i have a backup plan to fire up relay by USB VBUS ON\OFF, but GPIO is
preffered.
Sorry for bad english )
