Obviously this is very old work at this point, but I wanted to point out that this chip is becoming popular again as these LCDs advertised to the Pi and mini PC crowd have gone down in price - http://www.waveshare.com/7inch-hdmi-lcd-c.htm
Available drivers from the makers are all proprietary and ugly. The Sunxi 4.3 driver doesn't seem to be working at the moment as it returns an error during modprobe as ctp_unused (which makes sense in this case I believe) referencing line 392 of gt811_ts.c Can anyone provide suggestions and I'll see about unraveling what we have so far? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "linux-sunxi" group.
