Hello, I am using a w25q32 spi-nor flash (in a spring socket or on a tiny board with pin headers) connected with jumper wires to the GPIO header on an A10s OlinuXino Micro and now Orange Pi One.
The problem is that sometimes the flash works quite reliably at 40MHz and at other times I cannot get reliably same data on repeated readings at 1MHz. This is the case with the Orange Pi One right now and I never had this working previously. Is there some way to improve reliability of this setup? I had mixed success with making custom cables which basically boils down to the same problem I suspect. The contact of jumper wires is not always reliable. Also is there some support for WP and and HOLD gpios? I have currently WP floating and HOLD connected to a spare 3.3V pin because the driver would not always probe with HOLD floating. I used the i2c pins for connecting WP and HOLD in the A10s OlinuXino since these are pulled up by the board (and this is documented in the manual).
