UPDATE fbcon as a module loads correctly if put in /etc/rc.local or manually after system boots putting it /etc/modules crashes with segmentation faults this is of no use because it's late and no console messages are printed on the screen. the problem as I mentioned before is in fbcon_takeover function which calls take_over_console and hangs the system.
