I've build my own pcb board with A20 chips and ddr3 memory K4B4G1646D-BCK0. 
Currently i've got problem with memory initialization. Fel script can't 
init memory, here is a log:

Looks like test pattern was failed. Can anyone tell me that this a hardware 
problem or those issue can be fixed with dram settings in script file?
