hi everyone i have some problem to use multilayer pcb for my design. i found ddr1 package is not bga and allwinner a13 package is lqfp. so we could route trace in 2-layer pcb easily if core support ddr1 memory chip. anybody could tell me is it possible or not? tnx alot.
