the source is included in svgalib. You've to compile the
files yourself and create a library, or link the objects
directly to your application.
I packed once the threedkit separately as it doesn't install
by default :-( I've still the package, but I've currently
not the time to keep it up to date.
I'd really like this to install itself automatically (as
a separte lib for example) as it's really useful!
