i have the following problem :
when i run the executable created with : gcc -pg foo.c -lvga
then svgalib properly initializes but then imidiate restores text mode.
there are no error messages at all.
there is an gmon file created but it doesn't contain any usefull
information.
i have this problem with versions 1.4.1/2/3pre
version 1.4.0 works fine but i rather not use it since it doesn't
support linear adressing for modes higher than 320x200x256 on my
card (S3Virge GX/DX).
