svgalib 1.9.6

I noticed that the program testlinear does not function properly in 1.9.6, either with 
the VESA driver or the Rage driver, although VESA worked well in 1.4.2. I could set on 
fixing it, but I just wanted to know it wasn't already fixed to avoid duplication of 
effort.
