65545 and Flat Panel

We need to use C&T's OEM mode 30h for our flat panel.  It's the same as
VESA 101, but allows linear memory addressing and page flipping.  We are
having trouble, though, and wonder if anybody on this list is familiar
enough with the chip to lend a hand.  Thanks in advance.
