hi,all you can have a look to this site. I will have some information about running a svgalib program under X and also solve the console error. Morever , I think the reason why have this message "not running in graphics capable console" is that , when svgalib want to find another virtual console to display . But it is find the the another console is not own my normal account (e.g. /dev/tty7 , /dev/tty8) . Therefore this error will occur.
