Hi,
after a long wait, svgalib-1.4.3 is available at www.svgalib.org and
www.arava.co.il/matan/svgalib
Changes from the almost final are fixes to savage and r128 drivers.
Changes from 1.4.2 include four new drivers (fbdev, r128, g400, and
savage) as well as a few bug fixes which I can't really list because I
don't keep the changelog up to date.
