for vga modes (modenumber<10) no. For svga modes (320x200x64K, etc.)
yes. The problem is that modes<10 use only vga features of the card, and
vga cards can't display the modes in different frequencies. A bit of
movement to the right/left, etc. might be possible, but it will require
too much changes to svgalib to support this.
