SVGALIB-1.4.2pre doesn't work with kernel 2.3.99pre3

When trying applications that uses SVGALIB (eg. GNUPLOT)  with kernel
2.3.99pre3
I'm getting messages at startup:

Using  RAGE driver, 2028KB.  Chip ID:29 MemType:3
svgalib: mmap error in paged screen memory

I have ATI 3D CHARGER (Rage IIc) with 2Mb of memory. I had this problem
with
prerelease from February. Now I built 31 March version and nothing
changed.
