There is a mirror at www.cs.bgu.ac.il/~zivav/svgalib
I don't know how long it will be there, as I already left the
university, so please don't use it as the main source. In addition,
arava.co.il's upstream provider is probably going to change quite soon,
so the problem should be solved.
