Hello,
Just wanted to say that I'm going to call Sony and see what they
have to say about this, as I feel pretty confidant at this point that
software is not to blame. Simply returning the drives and getting
something else is not necessarily an option, as we must interchange data
with other groups who have chosen AIT for their tape-de-jour.
I'll let you know how I make out Monday, hopefully they'll have
something to say for themselves about this. According to their
literature, the drive should function within the conditions we have.
