Hi Samuel,
You probably reached the end of the 1st tape and there is nobody
there to put a 2nd tape in the machine. If you are kicking off
bru from a cron job then it is time you get an autoloading machine.
There not cheap though.
Note: Spend the extra 100 bucks and get a service contract from
EST, Inc. They have been a great help to me.
