Hi -

Both IO address and IRQ are occupied by a different device.

What about changing both parameters in /etc/conf.modules
or right after your insmod command?              You can find
out free resources by cat /proc/ioports resp. cat /proc/interrupts.
But not really each devices is listed there - for instance
the display driver won"t show up - but maybe your BIOS provides
you with some information about occupied ports / irqs...
