repair of de-spooled tapes

sorry if this question is off topic, but maybe someone still can help me
:-). My ditto-2MB has destroyed (de-spooled) some of my tapes and I was
looking for help at http://www.iomega.com/support/techs/ditto/3006.html
which I found in the FAQ of ftape but this adress is not valid anymore.

Does anyone know how to find this article or does anyone have a copy for
me?
