I assume your ditto 2G is an external one connected to your
parallel port. Am I right?

I think here is a misunderstanding. If your ditto 2GB is
connected to your parallel port you don't need to load and
configure ftape-internal. This is the driver for an
floppy-disc-controller like interface which you don't use.
So: don't load ftape-internal.o, bpck-fdc.o replaces this one.
