Seagate SCSI Tape Drive 4/8 , Linux ?

I have a Seagate SCSI tape drive and am wondering can I use it in Linux
for a
System backup, I see all post's for FTape, what about SCSI Tape drive's
?
Any one use a SCSI Tape drive in Linux ?
