Is that supposed to be a problem? 16 is as high as it goes. If you persist
in getting overrun errors, you will have to either tolerate it, wait until
the driver lowers the data rate, or lower it yourself in the
/etc/conf.modules file. I start mine @ 1000 and have no overruns. I use a
Conner (Seagate) CTC-2Mb controller with a Conner 1700MByte dinky-tape
drive.
