I have installed a Seagate Tapestor 8G on my RedHat Linux 6.0. Everything
works fine, after I discovered that the device name was ht0. The problem
now is density. When I attempt to "dump" a 1.5Gig file system using the
below command:

dump -0uf /dev/ht0 /usr/local

It begins its calculations. The calcuations indicate that I will need 40
tapes. It begins dumping for about 45 seconds, then asks for a new tape.
According to the doc. the default tape density is 1600. Does anybody know
how to actually write 4 Gig to this tape drive???

Thanks in Advance,

John
