HP Colorado 8GB external

Hi,

Does the HP Colorado 8GB (I don't think it is the T4000), external and
connectable to the paralel port, works under Linux.
And if it does, with what software ?
ftape ?

I am kind of new, when it comes to working with tapes, so I would
appreciate any general advices you could offer.
