BRU archive has wrong date

Hello, can anyone tell me why BRU would be putting the wrong date/time on
the archive?  I am looking at the archive header and it is actually 6 hrs
ahead of  the actual time on the server.    I can't tell if this happened
after the time switch.  A couple of years ago I remember that a library bug
caused bru not to execute. What gives?
