hello,
using a suselinux6.2(kernel 2.2.10) an the ibm-thinkpad
gives me a problem in connecting to the
ditto2gb-parport-device.
bios-setup:
parport/bi-direktional/io=378,irq=7
ftape-version:
4.03.1999-06_30
after compiling the package and editing the
/dev/conf.modules with options parport_pc=0x378,irq=7
the ftmt -f /dev/nqft0 status gives some infos as:
file number and block number=-1 (what is this?) and the
informations about used space and so on is missing.
the command tar -cvf /dev/nqft0 /root
gives some output like
/root
