My guess is that your internal FDC can't support 2MB/sec.  The T3000 is
a TR-3 drive which requires 2MB/sec for full operation.  Please get an
accelerator card such as the FC20, or a Ditto DASH (both work fine with
a T3000).  Next, make sure that you are using the latest ftape drivers.
