Hi, Has anyone else used one of these drives? It lists itself in /proc/scsi as the following: Host: scsi0 Channel: 00 Id: 02 Lun: 00 Vendor: HP Model: T4000s Rev: 1.10 Type: Sequential-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 02 but when trying to access the device with 'mt -f /dev/st0 status' I get the following in my var/log/messages file and the following error in stderr: ----------From /var/log/messages----------- May 18 15:19:07 zasper kernel: st: bufsize 32768, wrt 30720, max buffers 4, s/g segs 16. May 18 15:19:10 zasper kernel: scsi0 : AdvanSys SCSI 3.2M: PCI Ultra 16 CDB: IO 6700/F, IRQ 11 May 18 15:19:10 zasper kernel: scsi : 1 host. (Do you spell it like that?) I am running SuSE 6.2 with kernel 2.2.14 and mt_st-0.4-61. If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate the comments..... If I'm being a dumbass I accept all flames for being so! Thanks Neil
