Hi everybody!

I have the following problem:

I have an Conner CTT3200 floppy streamer and the dealed-with interface card.
The docs of ftape says its supported.

I have a SuSe 6.3 installed, which comes with kernel version 2.2.13 and an ftape
version I'm not sure about, but it should be higher than 3.04

I can modprobe the ftape and zftape modules, and the messages only says
"QIC-117 driver loaded" - should'nt that be QIC3200 in my case?

If I try to access the floppy drive, I only get the message "device not configured".

I tried several different adapter card settings using different DMA/IRQ/IO settings,
but nothing seemed to work out. Is there any way to test whether the driver checks
for the right adapter? I did'nt recompile the kernel yet, so I don't now which preset
settings have been made in the SuSe Kernel.

Anyone using the same tape drive?

??????????????????????
