Seagate recently acquired Conner, so I figured that maybe the
technical information you're after might be on Seagate's Web site. It
looks like you're going to have to contact another company called
TLSI (www.tlsi.com) who is handling the support of Seagate's 'legacy'
hardware.
This is all I was able to find on Seagate's site:

All the links on this page just point you to contact information for
TLSI in the US and UK. There doesn't appear to be any useful
information for the drive on TLSI's Web site, but they should be able
to fax or mail you the jumper settings you're looking for.
By the way, this information on Seagate's Web site recommends the use
of QIC-3080XLF cartridges with your drive:
