** Patch added: "Fix that adds a spin button in the clip properties menu under 
the General tab that allows the user to change the time (in seconds) where the 
clip starts with two decimals precision. The position of the clip on the 
timeline can currently be set from 0 to 9.9999999999999998e+76 seconds. I have 
tested it a bit and haven't found any bugs, except for when the user sets the 
position too high, but I believe that the timeline bug accounts for that."

  Feature request: Set start time exactly

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  New

Bug description:
  When I have several tracks and use masks it's quite difficult to make both of 
the clips start at the same time (on the timeline). It would be great if the 
properties menu held an option for setting the start time of a clip.
  I have submitted a patch that tries to fix that below.
