Multithreading with MLT

Bug description:
Hi,
It will be the first step near a multi-threading application. For that, our
framework must be support this feature and it will be done for the greater
version of the actual 0.6.2. A big part of the codec used can do that (mpeg2,
mpeg4, h264 and VP8) too. Also, all the condition are available for began to
implement that.
