Title:
Allow copying a modified clip to project files area

Allow to copy a clip from the project timeline (with adjusted start/end,
aspect ratio, size, etc) to be copied to the project files area so it can be
easily reused and found in other parts of the timeline.

You could do that in a way now, using the "duplicate" menu command,
but it would be that much easier if you could select the right clip
  from the "project files".

Maybe that would require renaming "project files" to "project clips"
or something else, generic enough to encompass both.
