This also seems to occur in any situation where Do and a GNOME keyring prompt are thrown up at the same time (e.g. when users log in with a fingerprint reader, requiring a keyring unlock at startup).

When starting Do and using a plugin that needs the keyring (e.g. Google Docs) a keyring prompt appears. From that moment on Do and the keyring-thing will run in parallel and block each other so that the UI becomes inaccessable. By killing Do from the console work can be continued without problems. This issue does not occur when affected plugins are disabled. - I see this as a bug in Do rather than the plugins.
