Channel icon aspect ratio not preserved

Bug description:
When looking at the program guide in mythtv using the mythbuntu theme,
the channel icons (if enabled) are stretched to fill the available
space w/o preserving the aspect ratio of the icons. This makes icons
with round graphics etc look wrong. The attached patch fixed the
problem in the mythbuntu theme.
