Title: Move "AV Formats" from preferences to help Status in OpenShot Video Editor: Won't Fix Bug description: The "AV Formats" tab in the preferences window does not belong to the preferences since you cannot change any preferences of them. I suggest to put a "AV Formats" item into the Help menu with opens a separate window showing them.
